Why Work With Us?
Lived Experience + Academic Rigor
Our founder and CEO is Autistic, ADHD, and schizophrenic, with ten years of sobriety from addiction. He is also a multiply-published author, independent academic, and researcher. He brings both authenticity and intellectual rigor to his work.
Specialist Expertise in Complex Presentations
We specialise in the intersections that others avoid: autism and psychosis, autism and substance use, multiply neurodivergent adults, and systemic failures in mental health and social care.
Rights-Based, Not Deficit-Based
Our work challenges pathologising narratives and centres autistic rights, empowerment, and systemic change. Our CEO is Lead Advisor for Autistic and Neurodivergent Rights at the International Coalition Against Restraint and Seclusion.
Published and Recognized
Our CEO is the author of multiple books including ‘A Guide to Autism and Psychosis,’ ‘CAMHS In Crisis’ (Amazon bestseller), ‘The New Normal,’ and ‘Unusual Medicine.’ He has published academic research and contributes to policy and advocacy work nationally.
Trusted by Professionals and Institutions
We have advised Clinical Commissioning Groups, the Care Quality Commission, NHS teams, and advocacy organizations. Our training is grounded in real-world practice and designed for professionals who need more than surface-level awareness.
